This website is to introduce to you the paintings of Toni Petersen.  After several decades of professional work in a career outside of painting, in 1997 we took early retirement and moved to Narragansett Bay in Rhode Island, near some of our family.  It was a great move.  For one thing, it revived my art activities.  In 2001, a few years after the move, I came upon a portfolio in the garage which contained my submission of work to get into Pratt Institute. You could say a bolt of lightning struck and with some trepidation, I decided to see if I still had any art ability.  You will see the result of the last few years of work on the following pages.
